Our scope of action

We work in the following markets:

• Exclusive residential properties in Paris and on the French Riviera: exceptional properties, upmarket apartments, mansions, villas, luxury leisure properties … generally for a minimum value of 1.5 million euros
• Investment market in Paris: entire office, dwelling or mixed use buildings for mixed use

Our fees follow market practices and are not paid until effective signature of the transaction*.

* In accordance with the legislation in force (Law of 2 January 1970 known as the Hoguet Law).

Our team, composed of real estate experts, has built up privileged relationships with an extensive network of professionals (luxury real estate agencies, property developers, office and commercial specialists, etc.).  We mobilize their complementary expertise for your projects.  Our close ties with BNP Paribas Real Estate also enable you to gain access to its complete offering.

We always work in coordination with your usual personal advisors (notary, architect, asset manager …) as well as with your Wealth Advisor and his legal and tax teams.

A specific offering: research mandate for exceptional properties of over 3 million euros
You can choose to entrust us entirely with your search through a specific mandate.  After having defined together your expectations, we take proactive charge of your project: this mandate permits us to approach all the real estate specialists on the market in order to find every suitable opportunity until our mission is accomplished.  You therefore have the assurance of gaining access to the widest possible offering with complete peace of mind.  In addition, we provide you with personalized assistance (in negotiating, studying the legal context and other technical factors with your advisors, liaising with architects …) right through to the successful realization of your purchase.
Choosing to entrust us with a search mandate does mean extra cost for you (when the search is successful) but it also means a “turnkey” service and our presence at your sides for your whole acquisition project.
